Wastewater Treatment Systems

Containerised Wastewater Treatment Plants

Containerised Wastewater Treatment Plants are used for treatment of domestic wastewater coming from facilities like housing projects, holiday villages, municipalities, hospitals, hotels, schools, factories, construction sites, etc.

Our Compact Wastewater Treatment Plants are designed according to the SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) system, where filling, aeration, sedimentation and discharge steps are performed in a sequenced manner inside a single reactor.

The contaminants in the wastewater are degraded by means of bacteria that carry out the treatment function in the Wastewater Treatment Plants and the purified water is discharged to the nature. The name given to the medium where the bacteria accomplish the treatment process is “activated sludge.” A blower (aerator) is used to meet the oxygen demand of the bacteria in the activated sludge, as well as ensuring perfect mixture conditions inside the reactor. Special membrane type diffusers with uncloggable structures are used for transferring the air supplied by the blower to the wastewater in a diffused form. While the water treated in the plant is removed from the system by means of a discharge pump, chlorine dosage is applied to the water, which has been treated for disinfection.

If the treated water will be used for irrigation; additional filtration system may be added to system when needed.

Concrete Waste Water Treatment Plants

Concrete Wastewater Treatment Plants are used for treatment of domestic wastewater coming from housing projects, holiday villages, military facilities, municipalities, hospitals, hotels, schools, factories, construction sites, etc. These plants are designed as reinforced concrete structure which can be underground or aboveground according to the site conditions where the plant will be installed.

In general, the plants are designed including units like; coarse grid, fine grid, pre-treatment tank, grit scraper, grease trap, equalization tank, aeration tank, disinfection unit and sludge dewatering units, according to plant capacity and operation conditions.

If the treated water will be used for irrigation; additional filtration system may be added to system when needed.

Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plants

Municipal Waste Water Treatment Plants are used for treatment of domestic wastewater coming from medium and large-scale facilities like cities, countries, towns, villages etc.

These plants are designed as reinforced concrete structure which can be underground or aboveground according to the site conditions where the plant will be installed.

Since municipal wastewater comprises domestic and partly industrial effluents and rainwater generated in residential areas, there are differences in the design process depending on the application.

In order to ensure efficient operation of the Treatment Plant, a laboratory unit is usually built in such plants to make sure that the plant is running with optimal efficiency, through carrying out regular analyses concerning the input and output water from the plant.

Electrical and automation procedures required for the plant are designed according to the process to ensure ease of operation and maintenance. Optimal efficiency of the plant operation is guaranteed, thanks to PLC SCADA system.
